Job Description
Oversee and manage security operations to ensure the safety and security of personnel and property Supervise security staff and provide guidance and support as needed Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities Develop and implement security policies and procedures to mitigate risks and maintain compliance Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and emergency services in the event of security incidents Monitor security systems and alarms to respond promptly to any security breaches Investigate security incidents and prepare detailed reports for management Train security personnel on security protocols and emergency response procedures Maintain accurate records of security incidents, patrols, and other security-related activities Stay current on industry trends and best practices in security management
Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field
- Certifications such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Certified Security Supervisor (CSS) preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in security management or a related field
- Experience in a high-risk or high-security environment is a plus
- Nationality preference: No preference, but must be legally authorized to work in the country
- Fluency in English required, additional languages a plus
- Strong technical skills in security systems and software
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in stressful situations
- Physically fit and able to perform security patrols and respond to emergencies
