Responsibilities
- Security Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive security strategy aligned with hotel objectives. Assess potential risks and design proactive security measures to mitigate threats.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and lead a team of security personnel, ensuring high-performance standards. Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to foster a culture of excellence.
- Security Protocols and Policies: Establish and enforce security protocols, policies, and procedures. Regularly review and update security measures to address emerging threats.
- Surveillance Systems Oversight: Oversee the operation and maintenance of CCTV and surveillance systems. Ensure effective monitoring activities and response protocols.
- Incident Response and Investigations: Lead responses to security incidents, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Conduct thorough investigations of security-related incidents and prepare detailed reports.
- Collaboration with Law Enforcement: Build and maintain strong relationships with local law enforcement agencies. Collaborate on joint security initiatives and coordinate responses.
- Emergency Preparedness: Develop and implement emergency response plans, including evacuation procedures. Conduct regular drills and training sessions to ensure staff readiness.
