Job Description
Diploma / Technical Trade certificate in Electrical /Electronics or Bachelor’s degree
At least 5 years of experience in fire fighting and fire alarm supervision
Strong technical skills in operating fire safety equipment and systems
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Physical fitness and agility to perform firefighting duties
Problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions in emergency situations
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate fire fighting and fire alarm activities on site
- Inspect fire safety equipment and systems regularly to ensure they are in proper working condition
- Train and mentor team members on fire safety protocols and procedures
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and lead firefighting efforts
- Maintain accurate records of fire incidents and equipment maintenance
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations
- Stay updated on industry best practices and new technologies in fire safety
- Manage inventory of firefighting equipment and supplies
- Provide timely reports and updates to management on fire safety measures and incident
