Maintain full inventory of yard assets ensure welfare facilities for yard manpower.
Good knowledge about WASTE SEGREGATOIN about recycling items ( i.e. paper, plastic, metal, tyres, batteries, cardboards, e-waste etc…
Ensure smooth functioning of waste transfer area and to repair any breakdown equipment.
To ensure all yard equipment complete their regular PMS in time and maintain daily vehicle checklist.
To ensure compliance with laid down HSE guidelines and to do yard safety audits on a regular basis.
To have records of safe manhours and incident/accident reports and near miss reports
To encourage employees under his supervision to perform near miss reports and create reward systems for good safety behavior.
To ensure daily tool box talks are done and maintain records of the same o maintain a log of all material entries and exits and report any discrepancies to Operations Coordinator
To ensure dump trucks/Trailers are send regularly to waste disposal areas and no accumulation of wastes in the yard To support operations with dump trucks for external customers
Scheduling employees for shift and assigning them to specific tasks or projects.
Ensuring equipment operators are trained on equipment and recommending refresher training for employees under his supervision
