Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Water Treatment Technician/Operator to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As a Water Treatment Technician/Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining water treatment equipment and systems to ensure the delivery of clean and safe water to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor water treatment equipment and systems to ensure the efficient and effective treatment of water
- Perform routine water quality tests and analysis to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Adjust chemical dosages and treatment processes based on test results to maintain optimal water quality Maintain accurate records of water treatment operations, including test results, chemical usage, and equipment maintenance
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions and perform preventive maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement process improvements
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Provide training and guidance to junior technicians
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in water treatment technologies
Preferred Candidate:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Water Treatment Technician/Operator
- Valid water treatment operator certification
- Strong knowledge of water treatment processes, equipment, and chemicals
- Experience in conducting water quality tests and analysis
- Ability to interpret and analyze test results to make necessary adjustments
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
