Job Description

The Warehouse Storekeeper/Inventory Coordinator/Logistics Coordinator is responsible for coordinating general warehouse operations and activities including shipping and receiving deliveries, conducting stock checks, documenting warehouse transactions and records, and storage of inventory.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for receiving, storing, and maintaining material and stock.
  • Shipping orders, managing, and organizing stock in the warehouse.
  • To stock the materials received from YANBU and vendors properly as to ensure easy access.
  • Control all activities in the warehouse and ensure quality and quantities.
  • Performing documentation of cargo stored at the warehouse.
  • Maintain stock level from each item.
  • Deliver the material to the customers as per each proper PO.
  • Coordinating and cooperating with CSD and logistics departments.
  • Monthly physical inventory and to provide it to YANBU main warehouse.
