Warehouse Coordinator

§ Receiving » Receive, inspect, record local & international shipped products. » Processing all orders and returns coming from e-stores and the sales team on daily basis, ensure all orders and returns are done within 24 hours from receiving it » Match the actual received order with the purchase order and shipment is compliance with communicated requirements » Conduct a proper communication with the shipping companies and the clearance agencies. Handle paperwork, document shipment details and maintain a record of invoices § Warehouse management » Maintain proper organization of products with the warehouse to ensure easy accessibility to products when needed and allocate the products in order. » Establish full awareness regarding the availability of stock and pattern of orders to ensure timely assistance of the team » Request stock replenishment whenever necessary » Conduct monthly inventory, report results to Line Manager and coordinate with the Inventory Coordinator for audit » Issue in/ out transfers and maintain an accurate transfer log ready for audit » Prepare packages for the production team with all material requested prior to initiation of production cycle Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
