Responsibilities
- Greeting and seating customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Taking food and drink orders accurately and promptly.
- Delivering food and beverages to tables with care and attention to detail.
- Providing excellent customer service throughout the dining experience.
- Answering customer questions and providing recommendations on menu items.
- Handling cash and processing payments accurately.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining areas and workstations.
- Assisting with food preparation and ensuring food quality and presentation.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus and ingredients.
- Certification in food safety and/or responsible alcohol service (e.g. ServSafe).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
