Job Description

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, following service standards as trained, taking guest orders, serving food on time, neatly setting tables, maintaining cleanliness of respective section, reporting any customer complaints/concerns, operating POS and processing guest bills and transactions, and completing day/shift opening and closing procedures. Maintaining excellent grooming and personal hygiene is imperative, along with an attentive, polite and helpful attitude towards all customers and colleagues.
