In this role, you will work within the STA Visitor Care Operations as part of the team.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee all relevant operations as per agreed SLA's and quality standards, supported through regular visits to the physical channel frontline locations
  • Review and revise all collated data and generated reports, assure that all goals and KPIs are achieved as planned and act upon any drop in performance where necessary
  • Help prepare strategies focused on in improving visitor experience through implementation of new or innovative solutions, enhanced workflows, streamlined processes etc
  • Participate in cross-departmental initiatives in STA formulated to create or improve existing functionality and processes
  • Monitor and observe the vendors’ employee satisfaction and act to ensure that this remains high Own the Schedule and shift plans for all associated operations, ensuring adequate coverage is in place
  • Lead any implementation of new systems and processes within operations
  • Ensure and maintain all operational contingency plans are in place
  • Perform other activities as and when required
