Hiring a Personal Chef to handle meal preferences and requirements for a modern Emirati household in Dubai.
Someone who can communicate and make note of preferences, requirements, food allergies and any other dietary restrictions.
Able to prepare and serve various meals on time. Able to shop for ingredients and check the same for quality and expiry date.
Ensure industry standards and food safety guidelines at all times.

Responsibilities

Should demonstrate quality culinary skills and be detailed, familiar with various cuisine styles and kitchen equipment. Be able to prepare and present meals creatively an added advantage. Someone who has experience with a family is highly preferable. Salary Range : between AED 6,000 - AED8,000 per month inclusive of all allowances Accommodation: Live-out i.e. must have his/her accommodation arrangements outside the family home Responsibilities • Communicating to determine food preferences and dietary restrictions • Take note of any food allergies or meal preparation specifications • Prepare and present customized meal plans for approval • Cooking meals for the family and guests • Prepare meals for parties and events in coordination with current staff ( 10-12 guests) • Pastry making skills for parties and events of 10-12 guests • Stocking pantry and kitchen with ingredients and kitchen tools required • Make weekly shopping lists for ingredients • Review ingredients and other packaged food products to check for quality and consumption date • Ensure food, safety, and hygiene standards at all times • Plating and serving meals to clients on time • Washing, cleaning, and sanitizing kitchen, cooking equipment and utensils daily • Deep cleaning of the kitchen once a week • Ensure no waste of food Requirements • Proven work experience in hospitality industry as a Personal Chef, Chef, Cook , or similar role • Professional Culinary training or certification desirable • Full knowledge of industry, safety, and hygiene standards • Understand balanced nutritional requirements • Knowledge of various cooking and cuisine styles • Able to cook from recipe books • Able to bake, work with pastry • Good time management and organizational skills • Eye for detail • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Willing to work for flexible hours • Adaptable Interested candidates can email their current resume, mentioning their salary expectations, current location, earliest joining date, a current photo and minimum two references, including one from their last place of employment
