Job Description
Responsible for development and implementation of training plans, programs and courses, organizing and delivering the trainings courses to support Company strategic goals and objectives.
Responsibilities
· Identify and assess training needs within the company in coordination with line managers and Head of Healthcare. · Develop and maintain training matrix and training plan for the year. · Plan training courses and sessions on monthly basis and communicate the training calendar monthly to concerned locations. · Conduct trainings courses with the appropriate delivery methods and post training evaluations. · Conduct HR Company Inductions to new employees. · Meet with managers and supervisors to ascertain needs to resolve performance issues, conduct gap analysis and training needs assessments, resolve & respond to training issues and queries of line managers and trainees · Develop training courses, create training/teaching materials and implement it after appropriate review with concerned line management and approval obtained by Head of Healthcare. · Maintain the library of training materials at Head Office up to date at all times. · Recommend solutions for improved performances and identify potential areas of training required as per business needs. · Evaluate the quality of training courses, modify and implement improvements. · Responsible for training administration and maintain training records. · Ensure all trainings conducted are recoded and attendance evidences of delivered trainings are documented and available in employee files. · Prepare & submit training report monthly, quarterly with facts and figures. · Responsible for the preparation and distribution of training certificates, handbooks, emergency manuals etc. as appropriate · Responsible to consider cost of planned training programs & keeping within the budget. · Provide support to corporate office on mobilizations, new businesses, ready to travel as required by the management
