Trainer – CCNA – Berkeley Training & Educational Consultancy
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, clear, and interactive CCNA training sessions.
- Provide hands-on instruction and guidance to students.
- Develop and update training materials, including lesson plans, presentations, labs, and quizzes.
- Design and conduct practical lab exercises to enhance students' real-world networking skills.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging student participation and engagement.
- Offer personalized support to students, answering questions and assisting with troubleshooting.
- Assess and track students’ progress through tests, quizzes, and assignments.
- Stay up to date with Cisco technologies, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, or a related field.
- Familiarity with current trends in networking, automation, cloud technologies, and SDN.
- Proven experience in network administration or network engineering, with a strong knowledge of IP routing, switching, VLANs, ACLs, network security, and troubleshooting.
- Prior experience teaching or training, especially in a technical or IT-related field, is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to students of varying skill levels.
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for teaching and mentoring.
