Job Description

The Theater Logistician IV will lead and manage complex logistics operations within the region. Leveraging extensive experience in Life Cycle Logistics and Defense Acquisition, they will develop and implement strategies to ensure the seamless flow of supplies, equipment, and personnel. This role requires a strong understanding of the defense acquisition process and the ability to make critical decisions in dynamic environments.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive logistics plans and strategies aligned with regional objectives and operational requirements.
  • Oversee and manage the flow of supplies, equipment, and personnel throughout the area of operations, ensuring timely delivery and availability.
  • Analyze logistics data and metrics to identify trends, optimize processes, and improve overall logistics efficiency.
  • Collaborate with military and civilian stakeholders to coordinate logistics activities and resolve complex supply chain challenges.
  • Manage and develop logistics teams by providing leadership, training, and mentoring. 
  • Ensure compliance with logistics policies, procedures, and regulations while maintaining the highest standards of quality and performance.
  • Identify and mitigate logistics risks through proactive risk assessment and contingency planning.
  • Requirements Education & Certifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or Engineering. 
  • Master's Degree in Logistics, Business, or Engineering is preferred.
  • DAWIA LCL III is highly preferred. Experience Requirements 
  • 10+ years of working experience in the Life Cycle Logistics field. 
  • Familiarity with Defense Acquisition Processes.
