Test Manager

Job Title: Test Manager / Project Manager (Oman) Specific skills: Finacle Core Banking, Islamic banking, Retail banking, corporate banking Experience Level: 12 to 22 Years Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days only and Work from office Work Location: Oman   Finacle core banking domain experience is mandatory.   Job Brief Candidate should have good working experience in Finacle -core banking modules in current project or previous project not older than 6+ years. Should be hands on with Function paths and should have good understanding of modules worked on.   Responsibilities and Duties • Functional requirement analysis from BRD docs • Test Scenario and Test Plan preparation and review • Test execution both Manual and Automation • Defect logging and tracking to closure, Defect Management • Stake holder management • Willing to Travel, Good communication skills, Client facing   Requirements • Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and testing methodology/procedures • Proven working experience in Core Banking Project • Experience of working in Finacle application is must and Retail banking, corporate banking • Stakeholder management, client management and team management exp is needed • Good knowledge of Functional modules worked, especially in Consumer • Good experience in designing and review of test scenarios, test cases, test execution • Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain bugs and other issues identified and produce bug reports, documentation and feedback to stakeholders • Ability to highlight and drive issues forward from identification through to resolution • ISTQB Professional certification will be an added advantage.   Secondary Skills • Experience in process modelling tools such as ARIS etc • Facilitating User training and Supporting UAT. • Strong Stakeholder Management and client facing experience. • Strong written, presentation and oral communication skills • Strong reporting skills such as DSR, WSR
