Responsibilities

Tenders Management

  • Identifying opportunities by searching for available tenders in the Portal.
  • Managing the end-to-end tendering process.
  • Lead the preparation, review, and submission of the tender documents.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of tender specifications, identifying key requirements.
  • Collaborating with various departments to ensure successful preparation of the tender proposals.
  • Ensure the submission of competitive and compliant bids within the specified deadlines.
  • Draft response to post technical clarification.
  • Draft presentations
  • Draft quotations

Requirements in terms of skills

  • Proven experience in tendering and contract management roles, demonstrating a track record of successful project delivery.
  • In-depth knowledge of technical proposals preparation.
  • Excellent English and communication skills.
  • Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
