Tenders Management
- Identifying opportunities by searching for available tenders in the Portal.
- Managing the end-to-end tendering process.
- Lead the preparation, review, and submission of the tender documents.
- Conduct thorough analysis of tender specifications, identifying key requirements.
- Collaborating with various departments to ensure successful preparation of the tender proposals.
- Ensure the submission of competitive and compliant bids within the specified deadlines.
- Draft response to post technical clarification.
- Draft presentations
- Draft quotations
Requirements in terms of skills
- Proven experience in tendering and contract management roles, demonstrating a track record of successful project delivery.
- In-depth knowledge of technical proposals preparation.
- Excellent English and communication skills.
- Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to work under pressure.
