Job Description
A telesales specialist must sell communications products to customers and clients. Specialist must also work with current clients by using their knowledge to program voice and data using circuits and equipment for a telecommunications network in order to establish the communications system.
Responsibilities
- Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce VRAcademi’s VR educational programs and services.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through various channels, including known calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our courses, workshops, and course offerings to effectively communicate their benefits to potential customers.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the sales manager.
- Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure timely conversion of leads into customers.
- CRM Management: Update and manage customer information in the CRM system accurately and timely.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and share insights with the marketing and product development teams to improve our offerings.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
