Job Description
We are from GFWS Technologies, basically into software providers and outsourcing our own products having around 8 branches , and we started this organization in the year 2009 and are gradually augmenting it into Global Level.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our products/services.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities through given prospects
- Present product/service information persuasively to potential customers.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through marketing campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies and achieve collective goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and objections.
