Telesales Executive
Job Description
We seek enthusiastic and results-driven Telesales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess at least 2 years of outbound call center experience and showcase strong communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, promoting our tours and excursions. • Effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential customers. • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction. • Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities. • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of call center experience, specifically in outbound calls. • Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong customer service orientation. • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
