We are seeking motivated and dynamic Telesales Executives with proven experience in real estate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market. This role involves generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing deals through effective telecalling strategies.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential buyers, investors, and tenants to promote our real estate listings.
  • Qualify leads through structured conversations to understand client requirements and offer tailored property solutions.
  • Schedule property viewings and maintain regular follow-up with clients.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive database of leads, using CRM tools to track calls, leads, and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with sales agents and the real estate team to ensure smooth property transactions.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall team sales objectives.
  • Provide market insights to clients, including property trends, pricing, and legal requirements.
  • Handle objections and negotiate terms to successfully close deals over the phone.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of telesales experience in the real estate industry.
  • Proficiency in telemarketing techniques, with a proven track record of closing sales over the phone.
  • Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market, including property laws, market trends, and client preferences.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport and develop long-term client relationships.
  • Highly results-driven with a proactive approach to lead generation and client follow-up.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently while maintaining quality customer service.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and real estate databases (optional but preferred).
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to overcome objections and finalize sales.
