  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to sell products or services.
  • Generate leads and identify sales opportunities through cold calling.
  • Follow up with customers to close sales and achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain a database of customer information and update it regularly.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.
  • Handle customer objections and negotiate sales contracts.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with customers.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in a telesales or call center environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and build rapport.
  • Strong negotiation skills to overcome objections and close sales.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals.
  • Fluent in English, additional languages a plus.
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate varying shifts and weekend work.
