Job Description
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to sell products or services.
- Generate leads and identify sales opportunities through cold calling.
- Follow up with customers to close sales and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain a database of customer information and update it regularly.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.
- Handle customer objections and negotiate sales contracts.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with customers.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in a telesales or call center environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and build rapport.
- Strong negotiation skills to overcome objections and close sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals.
- Fluent in English, additional languages a plus.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate varying shifts and weekend work.
