Looking to hire Telesales Agent (ARABIC SPEAKER)

Responsibilities
  • Prospect and Acquisition: Conduct outbound calls to property owners, real estate agents, and developers to introduce our holiday home management services. Present and explain the benefits of partnering with our company, focusing on our expertise in managing and marketing holiday properties. Follow up on leads and convert prospects into new property management agreements. Maintain and update a database of potential clients and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Sales & Negotiation: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve property acquisition targets. Address client inquiries, provide information about our services, and handle objections professionally. Negotiate terms and agreements with property owners to secure contracts for management services.
  • Administrative Duties: Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, document preparation, and contract management. Coordinate with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth transition of newly acquired properties into our management system. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and property details.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and changes in the holiday homes industry. Identify potential opportunities for growth and report findings to the management team.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and stakeholders. Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
