Job Description
As a Tele Caller in our real estate team, you will play a vital role in generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and promoting our property listings. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to potential clients, who would like to sell or rent his commercial properties.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and leads from our database. - Present and explain our real estate services, properties, and offers effectively. - Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service, preferably in real estate. - Excellent verbal communication skills and a persuasive demeanor. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - A positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed.
