Responsibilities
  • Making outbound calls to potential customers and persuading them to purchase a product or service.
  • Following a script to ensure consistent and effective communication with customers.
  • Keeping accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Identifying and escalating issues and complaints to the appropriate department or supervisor.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers to promote loyalty and repeat business.
  • Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
  • Collaborating with team members and sharing best practices to improve overall performance.

  • Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred.
