Responsibilities
- Making outbound calls to potential customers and persuading them to purchase a product or service.
- Following a script to ensure consistent and effective communication with customers.
- Keeping accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Identifying and escalating issues and complaints to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers to promote loyalty and repeat business.
- Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
- Collaborating with team members and sharing best practices to improve overall performance.
