Responsibilities
- Performing the HUMS data download for all helicopters equipped with HUMS in conjunction with the post flight inspection.
- Ensure that completed tasks are certified in the relevant documentation to standards specified in Company procedures.
- Perform any other non-aircraft related duties as may be requested by the Aircraft Supervisor (Line).
- Check GHC Falcon system for any outstanding HUMS related Engineering order
- Comply with all issued and forecasted relevant engineering forms (ENG 205) at the applicable (due) time.
- Review all Outstanding Exceedances and faults that appears on the Heliwise for all the helicopters after data download is carried out, review the Cl trends, and follow the relevant engineering forms (ENG 208). Issue & send (by email) to the HUMS Data Analyst relevant engineering forms (ENG 204) for any newly detected exceedance.
- Post compliance with any relevant engineering forms (ENG 205) and, as indicated in the form, the Aircraft Supervisor must inform the HUMS Data Analyst with the compliance by completing the relevant engineering forms (ENG 204) using the same reference number and a consecutive letter for revision status as viewed on the HUMS index ENG 206.
- Send the completed relevant engineering form (ENG 204) via e-mail to the HUMS Data Analyst updating GHC AW139 HUMS Data Form Index ENG 206 for any newly issued engineering form (ENG 204).
- Report to the HUMS Data Analyst any discrepancy on the Heliwise
- Generate AW139 Daily HUMS Report. Email to Maintenance Manager, Senior Maintenance Supervisor, Line Supervisor, CAMO Manager, Production and Maintenance Planner and HUMS Data Analyst. This can be utilized for daily handover.
- Download the HUMS after each ground run and/or test flight of the aircraft and inform HUMS Data Analyst after the download. This is to confirm that no step change on the HUMS Cls’ occurred after maintenance.
