Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot appliance issues.
- Repair or replace defective parts using tools and equipment.
- Install new appliances and ensure proper functioning.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections.
- Provide excellent customer service and explain repairs to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification in appliance repair (preferred).
- Proven experience in appliance repair and installation.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift heavy appliances and work in various conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
