Responsibilities
- Performs the assembly, disassembly and troubleshooting of Turbojet and Turbofan Engines and starter generators. • Conducts assembly, disassembly, inspection, repair and overhaul of Engine Components.
- Configures, maintains and operates Starter test equipment / Test Cell equipment.
- Troubleshoot, inspect, repair, perform and document routine and unscheduled maintenance on components per appropriate manuals and regulations as required.
- Validates and verifies testing of systems and components.
- Ensure that all work practices are carried out in accordance with the organization’s maintenance organization exposition (MOE) to ensure the required standards of Quality and Health and Safety are maintained. This includes:
- Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the correct revision Component Maintenance Manual (CMM) and company procedures.
- Ensure that any quality concerns affecting airworthiness or Health and Safety are reported immediately.
- Maintain ‘Reliability’ and meet customer expectations and the company targets. This includes, working within the team to ensure the correct Work Orders are prioritized and target TATs are met
- Communicate proactively any deviations to the daily plan.
- Minimum Education should be Associate Engineers
- Accurately Completes and takes responsibility for documentation of maintenance performed.
- Previous experience of 10 years in similar role at MRO or back shop is desired.
- Shop level experience on Engine and its components for Repair and Overhaul is desired.
