Job Description
- Candidate can able to perform inspection, repair and Bench check of avionics components (Display Units, Radar, antenna, associated wirings, Landing gear Lights and switches etc) at shop level
- Candidate can be able to interpret circuit diagrams, able to manufacture associate plugs and wirings.
- Troubleshoot, inspect, repair, perform and document routine and unscheduled maintenance on components per appropriate manuals and regulations as required.
- Well familiar with Aviation related documentation (CMM, IPBs, Work sheet, QC reports, Ads, SB).
- Ensure that all work practices are carried out in accordance with the organization’s maintenance organization exposition (MOE) to ensure the required standards of Quality and Health and Safety are maintained. This includes:
- Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the correct revision Component Maintenance Manual (CMM) and company procedures.
- Ensure that any quality concerns affecting airworthiness or Health and Safety are reported immediately.
- Maintain ‘Reliability’ and meet customer expectations and the company targets. This includes, working within the team to ensure the correct Work
- Orders are prioritized and target TATs are met.
- Communicate proactively any deviations to the daily plan.
- Can work with their peers to perform tasks associated with the safe handling of components.
- Accurately Completes and takes responsibility for documentation of maintenance performed.
- 10 years Shop level experience on Avionics Components at shop or depot level
- Disassembly, troubleshooting, repair and assembly of avionics components.
- Able to set up a shop by understanding the manual of various components and its requirements.
