Job Description

  • Single point of contact with internal GHC departments for co-ordination of technical queries to CAMO department.
  • Technically review, priorities, and assign incoming technical queries to relevant technical specialist.
  • Provide TSE/ACE/ATRC/Planner with data required to execute technical support cases with all organizations.
  • Collect requested technical data from all GHC departments and communicate to TSE/ACE/ATRC/Planner in an orderly fashion.
  • Assist with AMOS related tasks & executions for resolution of technical queries, which are not limited to configurations, label bookings, maintenance orders, repair administration and publications.
  • Co-ordinate with internal GHC departments for closure of technical queries within applicable time targets.
  • Provide feedback when requested on Incident Reports, Voyage Reports, MOR’s & MEMS relating to components for GHC Aircraft and Components for engineering content and providing the necessary action to prevent a re-occurrence. This function is to be carried out in conjunction TSE, TSRM & CAM.
  • Assist CAM with streamlining of AMOS CAMO processes.
  • Generate reports from operating system data.
