Responsibilities
- Oversee technical aspects of Project as per specifications , contract documents , Local Codes & regulations - Liaise with different disciplines, clients, contractors, consultants and stakeholders. - Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely and efficient execution - Oversee compliance to Authority regulations from permits , NOC’s to BCC - Conflict resolution
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proactive , head strong & motivated with strong organizational skills - Armed with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural engineering - You bring 5-10 years of rich experience, with a minimum of 5 years in the UAE. - Your experience in steel buildings sets you apart. - Proficient in STAAD , Revit , Etabs , BIM, and relevant software and tools. - Excellent communication skills
