The Lead Coordinator plays a pivotal role in our sales department, responsible for managing incoming leads, coordinating property viewings, and ensuring efficient communication between prospective clients and our sales agents. This role demands a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Management: Receive, organize, and track all incoming leads from various channels. Ensure quick response times and accurate recording in the CRM system.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule property viewings between potential clients and sales agents. Manage the agents' calendars to optimize their availability.
  • Follow-Up: Conduct follow-ups with clients post-viewing to gather feedback and improve service delivery.
  • Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly reports on lead conversion rates and other metrics to help enhance the effectiveness of the sales team.
  • Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries via phone, email, and social media. Provide clients with detailed property information and assist them through the initial stages of the buying or rental process.
  • Database Management: Maintain an organized and accessible database of all leads, client communications, and interactions.
