As we build this world-class, digital native airline, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Attraction & Engagement Manager to play a key role in the Talent Acquisition team.

The Talent Acquisition Attraction & Engagement Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to promote Riyadh Air’s employer brand and cultivate a positive, engaging culture that attracts and retains top talent. You will oversee employment marketing initiatives, culture programs, and employee engagement activities.

The TAE Manager is also supporting the execution of Talent Acquisition EVP communication, recruitment marketing campaigns, branding collaterals, and operational activities. You will report into the Senior Manager Talent Acquisition Attraction and work closely with Talent Acquisition Team and the Corporate Marketing team to promote the Riyadh Air brand as an employer of choice.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and executing Talent Acquisition events to enhance the organization's image and attract qualified candidates.
  • Produce compelling employer branding content highlighting Riyadh Air's culture, values, and employee experience.
  • Align branding efforts with current and future hiring needs and retain talent community through effective branding and communication.
  • Support creative ideation and development of social media programs.
  • Support social media strategies and activities to promote the Riyadh Air employer brand across online platforms.
  • Assist with vendor management and client relationship building for events and campaigns locally and internationally.
  • Develop and execute an employer branding strategy to position Riyadh Air as an employer of choice.
  • Oversee employment marketing campaigns across various channels like social media, career fairs, etc.
  • Collaborate with HR and marketing teams on culture and branding initiatives.
  • Measure and analyze data on employer brand awareness, employee engagement, etc.
  • Plan and organize events and initiatives to engage existing employees and boost morale.
  • Manage the company's career portal and social media presence for recruiting.
  • Provide administrative support for events including finance, procurement, logistics etc.
  • Promote Riyadh Air's reputation as a great place to work.
  • Stay abreast of employer branding trends and best practices.
