As a Talent Acquisition Officer at our company in Abu Dhabi, UAE, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions within the organization. You will play a crucial role in building a talented and diverse workforce to support the company's growth and success.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
 - Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
 - Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the position.
 - Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
 - Conduct in-person interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
 - Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
 - Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
 - Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and best practices in recruitment and selection.
 - Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and candidate status.
 - Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process.
 
Preferred Candidate:
- 1-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
 - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
 - Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.
 - Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 - Strong organizational and time management abilities.
 - Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
 - High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
 - Experience in using social media and other online platforms for recruitment purposes.
 - Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
