Experience recruiting across global locations but especially the UAE market.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with developing recruitment employer branding initiatives and implementing them.
Proven ability to manage multiple jobs effectively at the same time.
Experience in driving direct sourcing methods as part of an overall sourcing strategy.
