Job Description

Generate all regular Compensation and Benefits reports for the HR department and key stakeholders. Including but not limited to: Monthly Business Reports (MBR), Overtime Reports, Absence Reports, State Security Reports, Demographic Reports

Responsibilities
  • Generate all regular Compensation and Benefits reports for the HR department and key stakeholders. Including but not limited to: Monthly Business Reports (MBR), Overtime Reports, Absence Reports, State Security Reports, Demographic Reports
  • Conduct analysis on large data sets to identify patterns, trends or problematic areas
  • Assist with the compilation and formatting of annual budgets and forecasts relating to HR Services, Employee Manpower and Contractor Manpower
  • Participate in the data collection and preparation of the Annual Compensation Review including, but not limited to: data gathering exercises with market data, independent research on the United Arab Emirates (UAE) market conditions and compiling the files required for the Annual Compensation Review
  • Support various Compensation and Benefits projects and improvement initiatives by drafting and collating all documentation such as project plans, task lists and presentations. Review data and complete analysis on complex and large amounts of data
  • Assist with collating data as requested by the Company Auditors
  • Assist with the collation of the data required to complete the Compensation and Salary surveys
