Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Supervisor with a background in the food and beverages or restaurant industry to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our supply chain operations to ensure efficient delivery of products and materials.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to prevent stockouts and optimize inventory turnover.
- Analyze supply chain data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Supply Chain Supervisor or similar role in the food and beverages or restaurant industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, logistics, and inventory management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
