Our client is one of the leading integrated facilities management companies in Saudi Arabia with a large workforce. They are currently seeking for a Supply Chain Manager to be based in Riyadh and should be able to start immediately.

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for managing the procurement and supply chain operations for our facilities management company in Saudi Arabia. This role entails developing procurement strategies, negotiating contracts, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the timely delivery of goods and services to meet operational needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the facilities management industry and experience in optimizing supply chain processes.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Sourcing: - Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals. - Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and assess their capabilities. • Supplier Management: - Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers. - Evaluate supplier performance and implement improvement plans as necessary. • Contract Negotiation: - Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure advantageous terms. - Review and approve contracts to ensure compliance with organizational policies. • Budget Management: - Monitor procurement budgets and ensure adherence to financial guidelines. - Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to achieve savings targets. • Collaboration: - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and legal, to align procurement activities with business objectives. - Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on procurement processes. • Compliance and Risk Management: - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all procurement activities. - Identify and mitigate risks associated with the supply chain. • Reporting and Analysis: - Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, supplier performance, and market trends to senior management. - Analyze data to drive decision-making and improve procurement processes.

Requirements:

Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. - A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CPP, CPM) is a plus. Experience: - Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, with at least 4 years in a managerial role. - Minimum 6 Years in Facilities Management Industry (Preferably in KSA) covering both Hard and Soft FM - Proven track record of successful contract negotiation and supplier management.
