  • Be responsible to ensure the following in ATM Center section in DBS:
  • To provide quality service to achieve maximum customer satisfaction by correctly interpreting & processing instructions.
  • Tasks are prioritized, processed & completed in accordance with procedures, work arrival pattern and volumes.
  • Common frauds/errors/irregular transactions are identified, and appropriate action is taken in accordance with procedures.
  • Share his/her knowledge and experience with colleagues by helping in referred/technical issues and should advise and provide guidance in a constructive manner.
  • Ensure general and system issues/problems are effectively investigated and resolved or are appropriately referred with recommendations and that housekeeping routines are completed in accordance with procedures.
  • Provide a low-cost, high-quality service to internal & external customers in a professional and timely manner.
  • Money Laundering awareness and compliance adherence will play a key role in ensuring the Bank s high standards are always maintained.
  • To effectively resolve internal / external customer queries & respond to complaints.
  • Support in projects and ensure that the projects are implemented within the timeline.
  • To strictly follow the Health, Safety, Fire and Security instructions as laid down from time to time.

  • Assume any other responsibilities assigned by the superiors.
  • Ensure ATMs are replenished according to the cash holding limits.
  • Proper management of G4S vault and not exceeding the limits.
  • Liaise with various concerned departments and investigate the query/complaint of customers.
  • Liaise with Branches/ IT/ADM/CRE/MKT and other vendors G4S/NCR for different ATM operations.
  • Maintain high morale among staff and create an atmosphere which breeds creativity.
  • Act as a Backup for Cheques , Cards, payment processing and Statements printing.
  • Requirements To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
  • Complete and comprehensive understanding of all systems used such as HUB, ATMP, BENEFIT & GCC switch applications.
  • Excellent communication, Presentation, Analytical and problem-solving skills. Required to work closely with superiors of DBS/Operations and other department also interface with other supporting departments such as IT/ADM/CRE/MKT.
  • Required to work closely with external regulators (BENEFIT) and other HSBC teams handling customer claims
  • Coordinate with service providers i.e., G4S and NCR to ensure effective delivery of services to internal and external customers.
  • Ensure regular follow ups and escalate delays / issues as appropriate.
  • Display high degree of commitment in dealing with issues (both people and process related) promptly.
