Supervision Engineer
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Supervision Engineer (Civil/Architect) to oversee construction projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and managing site activities, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring the successful completion of projects within the specified timeframe and budget.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with design specifications, standards, and regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and monitor progress to ensure work is completed according to approved plans and schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to address any issues or discrepancies.
- Review and approve project documents, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and protocols on-site.
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports to senior management.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar position in Dubai.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
