Job Description

EGA’s Student Registrar is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate student records and enrollment data in the school and Qatar’s Ministry of Education NSIS system.

This role involves processing new student registrations, updating existing records, and ensuring compliance with educational regulations and school policies. The registrar works closely with parents, teachers, and administrative staff to facilitate smooth enrollment procedures and address any issues related to student information.

Key duties include handling admissions paperwork, managing student transfer requests, and generating reports on student demographics and enrollment statistics. The registrar must also protect the confidentiality of sensitive student information and support the school’s overall mission by contributing to a well-organized and efficient administrative environment.

Responsibilities
  • Bachelor of Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
  • Proven experience in administrative or clerical roles, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Strong, proven experience with the MOE's NSIS system
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in managing records.
  • Proficiency in using office software such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite and student information systems.
  • Bilingual: English & Arabic Speaking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with students, parents, and staff.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with educational regulations and school policies related to student records.
  • Experience with data entry and report generation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
