Job Description
Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, strategic planning, or a related field, preferably within the Hospitality or F&B sector.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the analysis and formulation of strategic initiatives by gathering data, conducting analyses, and presenting findings.
- Collaborate with the Strategy & Business Insights Manager to refine and implement the company's strategic goals.
- Support the development and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for various departments.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collect and analyze both financial and non-financial data to support strategic decision-making.
- Support the development and improvements of departmental dashboards in collaboration with Information Capital team.
- Develop regular reports on company performance, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and support the arrangements of reports distribution and presentation.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic planning and market positioning.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide insights on potential strategic moves.
- Provide analytical support for strategic projects, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives and performance goals.
- Contribute to cross-functional project teams, offering insights and analysis to guide project direction.
