Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and store all incoming materials and supplies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct routine physical inventory counts.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of materials to maximize space and efficiency.
- Coordinate with purchasing department to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Inspect and maintain equipment used for storage and transportation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols.
- Monitor and track inventory levels to avoid stockouts or excess inventory.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to inventory and supply chain management.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet organizational goals and objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail or warehouse setting.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
