Job Description
As a Retail Store Associate, you will provide a unique and personal customer experience, focused on friendly interactions and a helpful attitude on the sales floor, at the register, or assisting at the ACO.
Responsibilities
- Provide the highest standards of customer service by demonstrating excellent knowledge of products and services
- Ensure awareness and vigilance at all times of safety / security in the store without any negligence
- Patiently address all customer related grievances or get a concrete solution from superiors and feel customer satisfied with best shopping experience
- Ensure that all sections/cash/back-store are neat and clean and all items are correctly priced
- Ensure Product knowledge workbooks/manuals are completed/studied in the given time
- Ensure the highest standards of merchandising and housekeeping standards are maintained in store at all times
- Ensure correct rotation of stock on the shelves
- Maintaining adequate stock on shelves and correct signage is displayed
- Accurate stock ordering to maximize sales
- Participate in morning briefings and other meetings actively and utilize relevant information for self and business development
- Carry out and support in all Audits of the store and implement given suggestions on time
- Minimize all types of losses i.e. damages, shoplifting etc taking place in the store
- Train and support newly recruited staff and feel them comfortable in their assignments
