Stock Controller
Job Description
- Receive incoming shipments of beauty products and verify their accuracy against purchase orders.
- Organize and store products in designated inventory locations, ensuring efficient use of warehouse space.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels through regular stock counts and reconciliation processes.
- Monitor inventory levels and generate reports to identify stock shortages or excesses.
- Coordinate with purchasing and logistics teams to ensure timely replenishment of stock and efficient order fulfillment.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in inventory records through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Implement and enforce inventory control procedures to minimize shrinkage, damage, and loss.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory management processes and systems.
Responsibilities
Receiving, issuing, handling, and accounting for inventory stock in the Salon Warehouse
Managing and maintaining an accurate stock inventory
Ensuring proper storage and organization of inventory
Conducting regular stock audits and reconciliations
Coordinating with suppliers and handling purchase orders
Monitoring stock levels and ensuring timely reordering
Updating inventory records and preparing reports
Implementing inventory control procedures to minimize loss and maximize efficiency
