Steward Supervisor – Artisan District Food Factory

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and lead a team of stewards in daily operations
  • Train and mentor new stewards on proper procedures and protocols
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of all dining areas
  • Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies
  • Monitor and enforce health and safety regulations
  • Schedule shifts and assign tasks to stewards
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth service
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to stewards
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Certification in Food Safety and Sanitation
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Preferably of local nationality for cultural understanding
  • Fluency in English and any other relevant languages
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Physical stamina to stand and walk for long periods
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
