Staff Nurse – Ministry of Health, Saudi Arabia
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with procedures.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient information, including medical history and treatment plans, accurately and timely.
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare topics and provide emotional support.
- Follow all safety and infection control procedures to maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, reporting any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and ensure patient confidentiality.
- Participate in ongoing professional development activities to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Act as an advocate for patients, ensuring their rights and needs are met.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes and promote a positive work environment.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Valid nursing license and certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and treatments.
- Experience working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
