Sr. Mechanical Engineer – Design Mechanical Building Services
Job Description
To lead a project from inception through to the construction and handover phase, including preparing drawings, BIM models, specifications, tender and construction information, monitoring works in production and dealing with clients, contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of mechanical systems for building projects.
- Collaborate with architects and other engineers to create innovative and efficient designs.
- Prepare and review technical drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with design and safety standards.
