This position involves creating educational content, optimizing self-service resources, and implementing strategies to empower customers, thereby reducing their need for direct support.

  • The Role Reporting to the Professional Services Director, the role will be primarily responsible for delivering onsite technical support related to Aspen Geology.
  • You will use your technical skills to proactively ensure that the users are supported and are constantly improving their workflows with AspenTech SSE technology and advise them on how to improve project efficiency.
  • One of the responsibilities will be to systematically look for business opportunities within the customer account, asset, or business unit you are supporting that could grow AspenTech Software presence, constantly trying and achieving to expand our footprint, and communicating, reporting to the different business-related teams of our company (Sales, Solution Consulting and Customer Support & Training).
