As officer for Administration services, he is responsible to interact with with all stakeholder within Organization insuring smooth services as per the business plans. Handle Team. He helps meet legislative goals by creating policy proposals and working with Building Management & Services providers across office.

Bachelor s degree or 6-10 Years relevant work experience.

Mandatory: Strong understanding in Workplace & Facility

  1. Set up and maintain a well secured filing system, and organize paper trail and files for easy locating.
  2. Assist in defining Admin-specific SLAs with departments and ensure their implementation.
  3. Ensure effective maintenance and management services of the office facilities.
  4. Manage and supervise. Day to day operation.
  5. Manage and respond to employee s inquiries & Request.
  6. Manage the sponsorship transfer and clearance.
  7. Maintain Monthly & Quarterly reports for Cost & budget use of the Dept.
  8. Work closely with on boarding team to ensure a smooth process.
  9. Helps and responds to inquiries and questions from employee
  10. Support with ad-hoc requests.
  11.  work with the travel agency and insure compliance with Policy, Transport & Accommodations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in project administration or a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills/ Handle Team.
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
