Job Description

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Hands on experience working on SAP.
Knowledge of Arabic language is preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Manager & hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for positions within the oil & gas manufacturing & Service sector.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and industry associations, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline of passive and active candidates for current and future job openings, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified candidates.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications to determine fit for specific roles and organizational culture.
  • Coordinate and participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and campus recruiting initiatives to attract entry-level talent and build relationships with educational institutions.
  • Partner with external recruiting agencies and vendors as needed to support high-volume recruitment efforts or specialized talent needs.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing, selection, and candidate assessment.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment databases.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice in the oil & gas manufacturing industry.
  • 10 to 12 years of work experience in related job and 4 years of work experience in similar position in Oil & Gas equipment manufacturing & services background
  • Has good product knowledge related to API 6A, 16A, 16C, 5CT, 7-1.
